Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our handmade items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

- Photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. However, cancellations are not guaranteed, as production may have already begun.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance, but we will do our best to help when possible.
